Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and arrive in 6 to 10 days from the date of purchase, including processing.
Delivery is free across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend, and every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Items are shipped from a supplier outside the UK. Import duty and VAT are already covered in the price you pay at checkout — you will not be asked for anything extra on delivery.
Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive a physical product to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
You're welcome to unpack the item and try it — that's what the 14 days are for. If it comes back in a condition we can't reasonably resell because you handled it beyond what a shop would allow, we may apply a proportionate reduction to the refund, and we'll explain it in writing before processing.
We refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving the item back. Return postage is paid by you and we do not provide prepaid labels. Returns go to an address outside the United Kingdom, which we confirm by email when you start the return — so please check the cost before you post.
Digital PDF guides are excluded once the download has begun, under regulation 37 of the same Regulations. You give that consent, and acknowledge losing the right to cancel, at the point of purchase.

That's separate from the 14-day cancellation right and it lasts far longer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If something is faulty, damaged in transit or not what the page said it was, tell us within 30 days of delivery and you're entitled to a full refund. After 30 days we'll repair or replace it.
In those cases we cover the return cost — you never pay postage on a faulty item. Email support@formacoworld.com with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it.
Keep it off broken skin, don't use it while it's charging, and start at a lower intensity the first time. If you're unsure whether it suits you, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly.
Strap it around your waist, your lower back or over a shoulder, choose one of the eight intensity levels, and use it for 15 to 30 minutes. Start at level one and work up — there's no setting you're supposed to reach. Use it over clothing or on bare skin, whichever feels better. It runs cordless and sits at 36–45 dB, so you can keep working while it does.
The removable cover is machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. The memory foam core should not be washed or soaked — spot clean it if you need to and let it air dry fully. Air it out occasionally in a well-ventilated space, and keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight.
A discount code applies only to the product it's advertised on, not to everything in your basket. If your order has other items, they're charged at full price.
The 2-pillow saving is automatic — add two FORMA Rest pillows and the discount is applied at checkout with no code needed. Codes and automatic discounts can't be combined on the same item.
You'll always see the exact saving on the checkout page before you pay.
We collect what's needed to take payment and deliver your order, and we share your name and address with the supplier who ships it. Nothing is sold to anyone.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted — email support@formacoworld.com and we'll action it within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
