• Teemdrop — our fulfilment partner, receives your shipping address and order details to dispatch your order
• Shopify Payments / Stripe — process payment data securely on our behalf

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. International Transfers

Some service providers (including Shopify and Meta) are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

• Customer account data: until you request deletion or 3 years of inactivity
