Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. All prices include applicable VAT.

PDF guides and ebooks are delivered instantly by email after purchase. No shipping required. Check your inbox and spam folder for your download link. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, email us at support@formacoworld.com.
Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is guaranteed under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at support@formacoworld.com before the 14-day period expires, with your order number.
Conditions for Return
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Items must not be damaged or altered.
How to Return
1. Email support@formacoworld.com with your order number.
2. We'll provide the return address within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked service. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
Defective Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos at support@formacoworld.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
