2. Products and Availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. We accept all major cards via our secure payment processor. If a pricing error occurs we will contact you before processing.

4. Order Confirmation

Your order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

See our Shipping and Returns page for delivery times and costs. Estimated times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers

EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right does not apply to digital products once downloaded after giving prior consent.

7. 2-Year Legal Guarantee

EU consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on physical goods under EU Directive 2019/771. Contact us at support@formacoworld.com for any defect claims within 2 years of purchase.

8. Digital Products

PDF guides and ebooks are delivered immediately by email. They are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, per EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. EU consumer statutory rights remain fully unaffected.

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to FORMA and protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to EU consumer protection laws. EU consumers benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence. For disputes email support@formacoworld.com first. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
