1. INTRODUCTION

By accessing and placing an order on formacoworld.com ("the Store"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
  • Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time

4. ORDERS & CONTRACT

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract between you and FORMA is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised use
  • Product unavailability

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment methods available through Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely. FORMA does not store payment card details.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our logistics partner Teemdrop. Estimated delivery times and shipping conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy at formacoworld.com/pages/shipping-returns.

FORMA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service and is available at formacoworld.com/pages/shipping-returns. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products (downloadable PDF guides) are delivered electronically. Once the download has been initiated, the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. No refunds will be issued for digital products after download access has been granted.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Store — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of FORMA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FORMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the legal guarantee of conformity.

11. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

In accordance with EU law, all physical products sold by FORMA carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us at support@formacoworld.com to exercise this right.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
