TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION
By accessing and placing an order on formacoworld.com ("the Store"),
you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of
Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Store you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age,
are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that the
information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
- All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT
- Delivery is free. No additional charges are added at checkout
- Orders are limited to a maximum value of £130 per order
- We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes do not
affect orders already confirmed
- Product images are for illustration. Slight colour variation may
occur due to screen settings
- We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time
4. ORDERS & CONTRACT
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. The contract
between you and FORMA is formed when we send you an order confirmation
email.
We may cancel or refuse an order in the event of pricing errors,
suspected fraud or unauthorised use, or product unavailability. If your
order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to
your original payment method.
5. PAYMENT
We accept major credit and debit cards and the payment methods
available through Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed
securely. FORMA does not store payment card details.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our logistics partner Teemdrop.
Estimated delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping
Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the goods within 30 days of
the contract being formed. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or
someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.
FORMA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier
disruption or events outside our reasonable control.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. You have the
right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you cancel, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
to us, except where the goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Downloadable PDF guides are delivered electronically. Once the download
has started, the right to cancel is lost under regulation 37 of the
2013 Regulations, having given your express consent at checkout.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Store — text, images, logos, graphics and product
descriptions — is the property of FORMA and is protected by applicable
intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any
content without our prior written permission.
The PDF guides sold on this Store are licensed for your personal,
non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell or publish
them.
10. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our products are wellness and comfort products. They are not medical
devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any
medical condition. If you have a health condition or are unsure whether
a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional before
use.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORMA is not liable for
indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the
Store or the products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed
the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015, or excludes our liability for death or personal injury
caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes
are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer
law of your country of residence.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you can
seek advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service at
citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer or on 0808 223 1133.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on
publication. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes
acceptance.
